Terms of Use

These terms describe how accounts, bonuses and payments work at MonsterWin. Opening an account means you accept them.

Registration

Players must be 18 or older. One account is allowed per person. You can register and sign in with an email address or a phone number and a password of at least 9 characters with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a digit.

Bonuses

Only one bonus can be active at a time. The welcome bonus is wagered x35 on deposit plus bonus within 10 days, and free-spin winnings are wagered x40. While a bonus is active the maximum bet is A$150. Deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for the welcome bonus. A bonus can be cancelled in your profile, which removes the bonus balance.

Withdrawals

Each deposit must be played through once before it can be withdrawn. Processing can take 1–5 working days. We may ask you to upload documents in the Verification section of your profile before a payout.

Sessions

Signing in on another device ends the game session that was open on the first one.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is the one on this page.
